His accomplishments for the seasaon include completing 191 of his 278 passes, accumulating 2,262 yards and completing 27 TD’s. The passing yardage ranks him 3rd all time on UT’s freshman list and the TD’s place him as the second highest for a single season in NCAA history and defenatively at the top spot for a single season at the University of Texas. Combine his rushing yardage, and McCoy totaled 2,429 yards of combined offense again ranking him at #1 for the single season freshman list.
