Colt's Diet is Easy, Eat Everything and Skip the Coke

Colt has made it no secret that since he was 12 years old he committed himself to not drinking carbonated drinks like Coke or the Texas favorite Dr. Pepper. He felt that to get the maximum results from his efforts it was imperative to not have a diet that consisted of items that could hinder his performance.

Not only does he avoid soda, but he also stays clear of sweets and desserts that just add unnecessary calories to his diet. What he does it is a Michael Phelps Olympic diet of pretty much everything else; especially when he's been working to add weight over the past 2 off seasons and you can see he's up to 215 from his 179 lb freshman weight. So, if you want to be a Heisman contender then you might want to push away from the apple pie and stick to protein shakes, water and milk.
