Colt Commits to Returning to Texas for his Senior Season

Longhorn fans everywhere rejoice as Heisman front runner Colt McCoy has confirmed that he will stay in a Longhorn uniform at the University of Texas for his 5th and final season.

According to a report from the Sporting News, Colt said "I'm going to play here for four years. I've been blessed to get to play here. Not very many people get to (start) here for four years, so what an opportunity."

With what is sure to be one of the most impressive seasons in college football history, Colt is on pace to shatter Daunte Culpepper's NCAA record of 73.6 percent at a current completion rating of 81.2 percent.

Opinions have varied widely about his options and entering the NFL Draft as his arm strength are not that of the NFL Prototype QB; however, given his mental and physical toughness, plus his leadership ability I'd much rather have Colt at the helm of my team than Vince Young.
