 Starting a New Football Workout

If your looking to get in shape for high school or college football during the summer I highly recommend you consider the P90X workout program. The system is intense and you’ll be in prime condition when the season comes around, my personal suggestion is to go with the P90X doubles program as it’s focused on achieving top physical condition. After several months on the program I’ve dropped an additional 10lbs of fat and added on about 5lbs of muscle; I’m in great shape and could easily step into a much harder program.
